All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, included with the solicitation documents. An organized site visit has been scheduled for interested offerors, as follows: _____September 3, 2026, at 9:30 am ET________ Participants will meet in front of Custom House, 178 Derby St., Salem, MA 01970. Site visit will be approximately 1.5 hours at Salem, then participants will have the option to drive to drive to Saugus and spend approximately 1 hour there. The drive from Salem site to Saugus site is approximately a 30-minute drive. Interested vendors shall RSVP to Jeremy Bumagin at 978-360-2080. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide a copy of the sign-in sheet from the organized site-visit, provide a response to questions received, provide prior fire alarm reports and sprinkler reports, and provide a photo of the ship panel.
