intends to award a single firm-fixed price purchase order on a competitive basis for VBSS Equipment in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program for Tunisia. Questions must be emailed to Dennis Kokoskie (Dennis.D.Kokoskie@uscg.mil) and Micha Wisniewski (Micha.A.Wisniewski@uscg.mil) by 2:00 PM EST, July 28, 2025. Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 339999 (All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 550 employees. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Carefully review this solicitation and all attachments�Statement of Work (Attachment I), Pricing Schedule (Attachment II), Contract Clauses (Attachment III), and Solicitation Provisions (Attachment IV)�to ensure a complete and responsive offer.
