(NIPR), IL-6 (SIPR), and IL-7 (JWICS) networks. Key features include customizable dashboards for diverse working groups and projects, enabling the display and simultaneous manipulation and editing of military orders, timelines, command relationships, and maps. The system must be compatible with existing government systems, including Command and Control Intelligence Environment (C2IE) and MAVEN. It should also provide a robust version control system for military orders, allowing users to track changes and revert to previous versions. Additionally, the system should include features such as data import from and export to standard formats, including Word, Powerpoint, Notepad, PDF, GIF, PNG, JPEG, CSV, etc. for reporting, analysis, and presentation purposes. This is a sole source solution in as much as OneBrief is the exclusive developer, seller, marketer and distributor the collaborative software solution currently being used by NAVEUR/NAVAF. Access to the software is not available through any other interface or vendor. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Investor context
  • $TLS reported $108.3M revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 3 past awards, $762K, is 0.7% of that. 10-K

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.

Latest awards

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.

Competitive landscape

For the 3 most frequent past winners above. Lobbying is matched by the company's exact name or exact ticker; agencies are as named on the filings.
