This OHWS program is intended to produce retention on a system-wide basis and is described as prehabilitation. Prehabilitation involves prevention of disability and pain experienced as a result of fighter operations through a program specifically designed to train and otherwise prepare aircrew for the rigorous demands of fighters. This program will target specific neck and back strength and conditioning training which will best prepare the aircrew. In addition, overall conditioning and health education, designed to bring aircrew to the peak of fitness, will further decrease the incidence and severity of neck and back problems. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
