This is a solicitation for a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement is for the National Community Outreach & Prevention Engagement. Services are to be performed in accordance with the attached Request for Quote and Statement of Work. All communications concerning this solicitation, including any of a technical nature, shall be made through the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.
