The input received from this draft phase will be used to inform the evaluation criteria, technical requirements, and acquisition strategy for the Final Call for Solutions. This is solely for market research and planning purposes; no proposals or formal Solution Briefs are being requested at this time. Interested parties are directed to review the attached Draft CFS document for complete details on the program requirements.
