What the notice says
This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to DARBONNIER TACTICAL SUPPLY LLC. The Hanscom Air Force Base 66th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) intends to award a sole source contract to acquire thirty (30) custom-fitted Angel Armor 2.0 vest systems, including carriers, soft armor, hard armor plates, accessory pouches, and custom badging. No other communications will be entertained. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although �proposal� and �offeror� are used in this Pre-solicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
