NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to GILA RIVER INDIAN COMMUNITY UTILITY AUTHORITY, 6636 W SUNDUST RD., CHANDLER, AZ, 85226, under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Any solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in SAM.gov in accordance with the FAR Part 5. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any nonproprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
