BACKGROUND & REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION The 7th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a Mobile Fuel Bowser. The Government is seeking to determine if there are sources capable of satisfying this requirement, including small businesses, before determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation.
