RFI Purpose: This RFI/Sources Sought is seeking information to aid in refining the acquisition strategy, determining if a set aside will be used, contract vehicle selection, and seeking comments and information on the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responses to this RFI may be used to identify potential contract vehicles (such as DHS Strategic Sourcing Vehicles, General Services Administration (GSA) contracts, etc.) and determine if this requirement should be set-aside for specific small business classifications. Therefore, while not responding to this RFI does not directly preclude a contractor from participating in a future solicitation, not responding could impact procurement decision that affect a contractor's ability to participate in a future solicitation as a prime contractor. Please note, the Draft PWS is a work in progress. The Government intends to utilize this RFI to refine its requirements.
