What the notice says

FEMA Region 10 requires replacement of its outdated 1967 air handling units with a modern QPAC Fan Array System. The project includes removing existing single-fan assemblies, installing multiple direct-drive fan modules with variable frequency drive controls, integrating with the building automation system, and performing testing and commissioning. This upgrade will improve energy efficiency, reliability, and airflow control while reducing maintenance needs.
