Not yet. Typical award: Sep 8, 2026 to Dec 2, 2026, middle of the range Oct 3, 2026.
Measured from 718 past early notices at Dept of the Army that later posted an award (middle half of cases, counted from Jul 29, 2026).

Next steps for this stage

Standard steps for the notice type; not advice about this buyer.

  • Answer the notice: this is when the requirement can still be shaped.
  • Contact the contracting officer named on the notice.
  • Check who won similar work; they are the likely bidders.

What the notice says

Are you a well-qualified, SAM registered vendor within the posted NAICS / PSC codes? If yes, do you have the resources, staff, and material to expeditiously assist the North Dakota Army National Guard to install SaaS Fuels Distribution Instrumentation at six different fuel sites located across North Dakota? The full Performance Work Statement (PWS) and a digital photo are attached for your review and consideration. KEY point is the remoteness of North Dakota from major population centers along with our requirement to initiate a follow-on Request for Quote (RFQ) process, dependent upon how many… (show all)

responses are received. Once again, this is simply a NOTICE seeking Information as to whether you are a company that can fully support our PWS requirement in a timely and cost-effective manner. NOTE: When supplying your information, please feel free to provide alternative solutions, both short-term and long-term. Currently, our state is seeking a short-term solution to upgrade an outdated software distribution and tracking system. Beyond that, pending available funding, we may be open to longer term solutions. NOTE 2: Government prioritizes award to a qualified, SAM registered Small Business company. If you are a Large Business interested in this opportunity, please let us know if you have authorized Small Business resellers/distributors. To all Small Business companies, if you are partnering with a Large Business company, please let us know the arrangement with respect to potentially locking ourselves into a "Brand Name" only system. We thank you for your interest in this opportunity. In summary, depending upon Sources Sought responses received, our office may issue an expedited Request for Quote (RFQ) package for an award by the end of this Fiscal Year 2026. ----------------------- END of NARRATIVE -------------------

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
