iness Center Southwest (FRCSW). The requested service is for the Bauer Fuel Flow Transmitter Test Stand (UF-7) part #1775005, Serial #45353, Asset #65888058869. Power Supply part number 7793008. Hartech Group, LLC has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract N6852024A0004 by the Department of War (DoW) for repair, and maintenance necessary to support equipment manufactured by Original Equipment Manufactures. Due to urgency and restrictive data rights, the Hartech Group is the only source capable of procuring this service. Bauer is the OEM for this power supply and owns the data rights along with the knowledge required for repair. Hartech is an authorized distributor for Bauer and has a BPA established with COMFRC which will decrease procurement time. This satisfies both time constraints and restrictive data rights required for this acquisition. For this reason, the Government intends to procure evaluation and repair on a sole source basis from Hartech Group, LLC (Cage: 6H5F3)

Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either. Notices whose amount is a placeholder such as $999,999,999 are not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.
