Scope of Work & Key Requirements 1. On-Site Handling and Storage Stockpile Control: Contractors must implement Best Management Practices (BMPs) to prevent cross-contamination and runoff. All soil piles must be securely covered with plastic sheeting or tarps and surrounded by containment berms. All temporary stockpiles must be placed on impermeable surfaces (such as HDPE liners) prior to transport. Air Monitoring: Continuous dust and air quality monitoring is mandatory during all excavation and loading operations. 2. Testing and Hazard Classification Representative soil samples must be obtained and analyzed at a certified laboratory prior to any off-site transport or disposal. No material may be moved for reuse or disposal until test results are approved. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Investor context
  • $CLH reported $6.1B revenue (12 months to Mar 31, 2026). The median single-winner award in these 18 past awards, $98K, is under 0.1% of that. SEC filing

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.
