Solicitation Proposed Issue Date: Estimated issuance on or after April 30, 2026. A ROW is issued by the National Park Service (NPS) and it allows a utility to pass over, under, or through NPS property. Offeror must be able to obtain and maintain a valid right of way or other permit conveyance to operate equipment in the National Park. ANNUAL WORK PLAN: The Park Superintendent, and/or her/his representatives shall receive in writing from the Contractor by April 1st of each year, a plan(s) for any maintenance, vegetation management, or work activities or projects to be carried out in that current calendar year in the approved right-of-way ("Work Area") or authorized ingress/egress routes. Location of Work: Yellowstone National Park, Teton County, Wyoming, USA Type of Procurement: A negotiated firm-fixed contract will be awarded in response to the solicitation. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
