The Product Service Code (PSC) is 4820 � Valves, Nonpowered. In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR 12.102(a), for acquisitions at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) the government may document the decision that only one source is available and IAW RFO FAR 201-1(c)(2), the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for an acquisition at or below the SAT.
