The courses will be offered to the IG community under this BPA agreement at a firm-fixed price. Each OIG office will use this BPA agreement to place their individual orders (if any) and will be financially responsible for paying for their individual orders with their government purchase cards. Market Research American University confirmed the sole source nature of these IG customized courses requirement via email on 08/16/2026.
