Carefusuion/BD Pyxis automated dispensing system and software support, which is developed and owned by Carefusion Solutions LLC, and for which the company retains exclusive proprietary rights. As such, no other vendor is authorized or capable of providing the required software licensing and support services without causing unacceptable disruption to existing operations. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period from August 01, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with four (4) option periods through July 31, 2031. The place of performance is Mescalero Indian Health Center located in Mescalero, New Mexico. The applicable NAICS code is 532490 � Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, and the PSC Code is W065 � Lease or Rental of Equipment-Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, and no solicitation is available. However, interested parties who believe they can provide the capability for the required services may submit a capability statement for future consideration. Responses must include: Proof of OEM authorization to provide Carefusion/BD Pyxis software and support. UEI number and business size status. Any determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract will be based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
