Configure the platform to: Convert the unstructured Network Common Data Form (NetCDF) files to Icechunk-backed Zarr cloud-native data format hosted on Amazon S3 Storage. Provide 125 NOAA data user accounts. Expose Icechunk-backed data through standard-compliant endpoints, including Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) (Environmental Data Retrieval (EDR), Tiles, OPeNDAP) with Flux. Provide two NOAA administrative accounts to the Earthmover configured platform. Display NOAA branding (provided by NOAA) on the NOAA Earthmover platform. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract is anticipated for award. See DRAFT Attachment 1 Statement of Need for further details on this requirement. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
