Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) service contract in support of 10th SFG Close Target Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Find-Fix Training and incorporating realistic role-playing scenarios as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). contractor personnel must possess a Secret Security Clearance, a Special Operations Forces (SOF) background, and demonstrated expertise in Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE). Additionally, the contractor must adhere to the strict Period of Performance schedule and shall provide all necessary resources � personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision � as detailed in the accompanying Performance Work Statement (PWS).
