eing developed for a base plus 4 option years. This sole source bridge contract with the current vendor will continue service without interruption or risk of service while the new RFQ is being developed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps (FBO). The applicable NAICS code is 562111 Solid Waste Collection with a $47 Million Size Standard. The PSC is S205. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency due to not being able to award a new Base + 4 option years from RFQ 36C24126Q0133 and 36C24126Q0568. Performance Work statement synopsis contractor shall be responsible for allocating all equipment and personnel, including back?up resources, to meet all requirements for the comprehensive management of the solid waste and recycling programs for the VAMC CWM (LEADS, NORTHAMPTON) Healthcare System. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
