This pre-solicitation notice is to inform potential offerors that the Buffalo and Batavia NY VA Medical Centers will be posting a solicitation (36C24225Q0506) on or about May 9th, 2025, to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for a five year demolition and asbestos abatement Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC). This IDC contract shall provide both medical centers with demolition and asbestos abatement services over a five year period on an as needed basis in support of in-house maintenance projects.. ccordance with Public Law 109-461 that are capable of performing under NAICS Code 236220, "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction", with a size standard of $45M. Therefore this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The minimum value of the proposed IDC shall be $10,000.00 and the maximum value of all task orders over the lifespan of the IDC contract shall not exceed $1,500,000.00. OBTAINING SOLICITATION MATERIAL Solicitation materials consisting of the Scope of Work, line-item structure, evaluation procedures and Contract Forms will be available on http://www.sam.gov in electronic format only. These should be available on or about May 9th, 2025. SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS: Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at http://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the amendments will NOT be individually mailed. No other notification of amendments will be provided. Offerors are reminded that they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation and attaching to their bid. All bids and correspondence will be by email only to the Contracting Officer: Michael.Spivack@va.gov.
