awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Vectrus Systems LLC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the HTTP consisting of Harpoon Embedded Trainer (HET), HIITS, HTTP, Harpoon Land Based Training System (HLBTS) Harpoon Employment Training Aid (HETA), the Standoff Land Attack Missile-Expanded Response (SLAM-ER) Proficiency System, and other Harpoon and SLAM-ER related training products and as such, is the only known source available with the requisite technical knowledge, experience and tooling to produce the requirements described herein, in order to satisfy the government�s requirement.
