This requirement is for the Horizontal Construction Multiple Award Contract (MAC) at Malmstrom AFB, MT. The Horizontal Construction MAC will be used to satisfy a multitude of horizontal construction projects in support of the Malmstrom AFB installation and its missile alert/launch facilities. tire Horizontal Construction MAC lifecycle SHALL NOT EXCEED $25,000,000.00. The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of this contract is $500.00. The awardees guaranteed minimum will be satisfied by attendance to the Post-Award Conference. SEED PROJECT: The initial project to be awarded under the Horizontal Construction MAC will be the "Repair North/South Base Water System, Phase 2". Project Site Visit: A site visit will be held on 09 July 2026 at 9:00 am MDT in the 341st Contracting Squadron Auditorium (located at 7015 Goddard Drive, Bldg. 145, Malmstrom AFB, MT, 59402). All interested parties must be able to access a federal installation in order to attend the site visit. If you do not currently have the ability to access to a federal installation, please fill out, sign, and submit a Contractor Entry Authorization List (CEAL) to the contracting personnel identified in Box 7 no later than 01 July 2026. Notice to Offerors/Suppliers: Funds are not presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
