Reinforcement shall be installed, which includes horizontal, vertical, and bent-hook bars that are doweled and epoxied into the existing structure. All reinforcement must maintain a minimum clear cover of three inches. A concrete bonding agent shall be applied to all existing surfaces. A hydrophilic waterstop shall be installed along all vertical and horizontal joints to minimize future leakage. Formwork shall be set flush with the existing wall face, and new concrete shall be placed and vibrated to ensure full consolidation and a uniform finish. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.
