What the notice says
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a new task order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0007 for a re-design of the Fin Controller Electronics Unit (FCEU) to address material obsolescence in accordance with FAR 6.301.1 (a)(2)(III), only one responsible source. The Texas Instruments Digital Signal Processor (DSP) Microcontroller (Part Number TMS320F241PGA), a primary component of the FCEU, is discontinued and no longer available within the market place. There are no suitable drop-in replacements. A re-design of the circuit card assembly on which the DSP Microcontrol… (show all)
ler is located is recommended to mitigate material obsolescence and ensure continued availability of the FCEU for all Tomahawk variants. The FCEU is critical to the maintaining attitude control of the Tactical Tomahawk (TACTOM) during the cruise and terminal phases. NAVAIR awarded this effort to Raytheon, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.
