emstar, LLC software application that meets the Government�s minimum requirements for a period of performance from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. Any responses to this synopsis should be sent to the attention of Thomas Carey at thomas.carey56.civ@us.navy.mil reference this notice.
