rking facilities owned by Stonelex C, LLC. The authority for which this requirement will be awarded is FAR 13.106-1 based on ACE Parkings unique technical qualifications as the only known company authorized to provide on-site parking at the LEnfant Plaza location co-located with the NTSB Headquarters offices. The Government intends to acquire these commercial items under FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The NTSB is an independent Federal agency charged by Congress with investigating civil aviation accidents in the United States and significant accidents in the other modes of transportation -- railroad, highway, marine and pipeline -- and issuing safety recommendations aimed at preventing future accidents. The NTSB has a commercial services requirement for parking lot spaces in Washington, DC co-located at its Headquarters facility, located at 490 LEnfant Plaza, SW, Washington, DC 20594. The requirement for parking lot spaces consists of 135 parking spaces: 1 single reserved, 134 single unreserved style parking spaces and 20 chaser tickets. These services will be required for a twelve (12) month period starting approximately September 1, 2026.
