In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), the contracting officer has determined that there is only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on Friday, September 11, 2026. The contract will be issued without further notice after the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be reviewed.
