PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing a solicitation as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to acquire brand name or equal Electro Metrics EM6898 Antennas and Accessories meeting all specificiations as outlined in the attached "Technical Specifications" document. The Information Technology Acquisitions Unit, intends to establish a single award, firm-fixed price type contract for the equipment listed below associated with this RFQ. side for Authorized Resellers. This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This requirement will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. Only new equipment may be submitted for consideration, no grey items will be considered. All items are required to be FOB Destination. The quote shall identify if each item is TAA Compliant, or not TAA compliant. The Statutory Authority for this effort falls under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 entitled, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220. Delivery for the items shall be Quantico, VA and shall arrive no later than 60 days after receipt of an order. Descriptions and quantities for each item may be found in the attached documents. This notification shall close on August 28, 2025 at 12:00PM ET. Questions/responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Contract Specialist, Dylan Hankins, dehankins2@fbi.gov with the subject line as the synopsis number, 15F06725Q0000523. Vendors must be registered in SAM, effective July 29, 2012, to receive government contracts. The FBI uses a financial system that has a direct interface with SAM. Please ensure that your company�s SAM information is updated and accurate. This includes TIN, EFT, UEI, addresses and contact information. The EFT banking information on file in SAM will be what the FBI uses to process payment to your organization.
