The Contractor shall furnish and deliver the items to the US Army Corps of Engineers - Old Hickory Power Station in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The items include: One (1) Clivus Multrum M35 Compost Tank Four (4) toilet seats and lids Four (4) foam flush toilet flanges Two (2) MB100 Two (2) foam flush toilets All components are to be manufactured by Clivus Multrum and fully compatible with the M35 compost tank system used with foam flush toilets. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may identify their interest and submit clearly articulated product information. Information provided will be considered solely at the discretion of the Government. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. Responses must be received by Monday, September 14th, 2026 at 12:00PM, Central Daylight Time to be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of your response.
