What the notice says

The Alabama Farm Service Agency (FSA) and Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) require professional packing, moving, and storage services to facilitate the temporary relocation of office files, records, furniture, supplies, equipment, and other agency belongings. This effort is necessary to accommodate a major renovation project at the agencys current facility. The renovation schedule is to be determined, and all items must be securely packed and stored for an estimated six-month period before being relocated back into the renovated office space and reassembled. er 12FPC425Q0043 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates issuing a FIRM FIXED PRICE purchase order. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of the RFQ and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the Government. Pricing that is unrealistically low may be considered an indication that the Quoter does not possess adequate understanding of the requirement or the requisite technical capability to successfully perform the work. See ALL attached documents associated with this solicitation in order to fully understand all aspects of this requirement including site visit information and for quote submission instructions. Late Quote Submission: The Government will begin immediate review and evaluation of quotes following the RFQ closing date and time. Therefore, submissions in response to this RFQ received after the closing date and time, are considered late, and will not be accepted.

Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Investor context
  • $COLD reported $2.6B revenue (12 months to Jun 30, 2026). The median single-winner award in these 3 past awards, $71.4M, is 3% of that. SEC filing

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.

Latest awards

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.

Competitive landscape

For the 3 most frequent past winners above. Lobbying is matched by the company's exact name or exact ticker; agencies are as named on the filings.

  • 1 of their lobbyists list a past Agriculture, Dept of (USDA) job
  • No corporate PAC money from them to the overseeing committees since 2024
