The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Counterproliferation Mission Center (CPMC) requires Sayari Analytics� proprietary Sayari Graph Analyst Application (User Interface) credentials for named users with full global data access, federated searching across global data, pre-computed networks, graph analytics, and workflow automation tools. The period of performance for this requirement is a 12-month period, for 8 units. The estimated total contract value is $208K. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. In accordance with RFO 5.207(c)(16)(ii), interested parties may submit a one-page capability statement confirming that your company can provide the Sayari Graph Analyst Application, which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements shall be submitted no later than 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, September 7, 2026, to the Government Point of Contact listed below.
