Request For Information (Colombia 2026-2027) This is a request for information (RFI). DLA Troop Support�s OCONUS Subsistence Prime Vendor (OCONUS SPV) Program is interested in your comments regarding �Bottled Water Support� to our military and federally funded customers at Tolemaida Military Fort, a Columbian Army Installation approximately 75 miles south of Bogata Columbia. There is no solicitation available at this time.
