Due to GAO protest and the resultant voluntary corrective action taken by the agency, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Aircraft Division, Patuxent River awarded a sole source bridge contract to Avian-Precise Company, LLC (APC), 22111 Three Notch Rd, Lexington Park, 20653 for $2,050,069.99. The resultant contract is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract with period of performance of 1 May 2025 through 30 August 2025.
