This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, following RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or to make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of quotes received and (2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. 1. The solicitation number is FA486126R0028. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract will be awarded in the best interest of the government. 2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 March 2026. 3. This combined pre-solicitation/solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code is 611620 (Sports and Recreation Instruction), Small Business Size Standard $9 Million. 4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 99th Force Support Squadron (FSS) at Nellis AFB has a recurring need for professional, certified instructors to conduct "Spin" and "Spin Flex" group exercise classes at the Warrior Fitness Center. The contractor must deliver approximately 312 classes annually during facility operating hours, submitting a finalized instructor schedule monthly.
