We are conducting market research to determine if your company can fulfill the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Need (SON). Please reference the attached SON for the exact details and specifications of the required services and items. Most importantly, please explicitly state your estimated period of performance (Days After Receipt of Order - ARO). If you have other suggestions for NAICS/PSC please feel free to annotate on your response back. The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
