What the notice says
Action was awarded on a firm fixed price sole source basis, PER Title 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2) as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. Acquiring equipment from a different manufacturer would bring unacceptable risks to the quality and schedule of WDTC missions. Furthermore, the process of researching, procuring, reconfiguring, reprogramming software, and retraining personnel on an alternative system could take up to 12 months.

Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.
