cedures. During the spawning season (i.e. October 01, 2026 through June 30, 2027, fish carcasses need to be removed from the hatchery. Carcasses are salmon which have expired before or during spawning operations. Carcasses are of poor quality and are not eligible to be donated to local Native American Indian tribes or food banks. Responses received from this solicitation will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the agency not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency. Questions or comments to this NOI should be directed to Contracting Specialist, Chelsea DeVivo at Chelsea_devivo@ios.doi.gov no later than 2:00pm, EDT, Wednesday 08/26/2026. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Investor context
  • $CAT reported $74.7B revenue (12 months to Jun 30, 2026). The median single-winner award in these 1970 past awards, $76K, is under 0.1% of that. SEC filing

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.
