The 4th Contracting Squadron is issuing this presolicitation notice of intent to sole-source IAW RFO 5.101 for One (1) Brand Name Keysight N9913C FieldFox 4 GHz Radio Frequency Analyzer to Keysight Technologies Inc. The Government invites offerors to submit a response to this notice that would demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder mission objectives.
