e existing exterior facade lighting fixtures and install new RGBW LED facade lighting fixtures at the U.S. Embassy Riga, Latvia. U.S. Embassy Riga is currently illuminated by iGuzzini Linealuce B752 facade light fixtures. The Department seeks to replace these fixtures with individually addressable RGBW LED fixtures. To ensure rapid installation, ongoing maintenance, and ready access to materials and skilled labor, it is necessary to procure locally. U.S.-based fabricators are not positioned to service installations in Latvia, and sourcing materials or technical support from the United States would result in unacceptable delays and increased costs. Local procurement will ensure the Embassy can complete the work within the required timeframe and minimize future operational disruptions.
