PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The objectives of this requirement are to provide all services, materials, equipment, supplies, and all labor necessary for performing maintenance, alterations, repair, and/or minor construction work at TYAD. The general categories of work required include but are not limited to the following: Perform emergency construction repair services within short notices. Perform a variety of renovations and construction projects, including maintenance and repair in all divisions of the Construction Specifications Institute manual. Perform asbestos and/or lead paint abatement and encapsulation, including incidental industrial hygienist and laboratory analysis services. Perform incidental design-build engineering services for minor construction projects. Provide site investigation, survey, construction drawings, final as-built drawings, as-built drawings, and shop drawings in support of orders. In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
