What the notice says

RFQ 36C256260342 Question and Answer Reponses The purpose of this amendment is to: Answer questions submitted from contractors by the original deadline of 12:00pm 10 FEB 2026. See Below. Update line items 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001 on the Price/Cost Schedule. Add a site visit to the solicitation. Date/Location/POC information below. Extend the due date for the RFQ submissions from 3:00pm, 16 FEB 2026 to 3:00pm, 23 FEB 2026. Questions and Answers: Contractor 1: Can you please clarify what we are to include when giving the cost for the Monthly PM? Is it supposed to be quantity 10 for all gener… (show all)

ators? So, would it be the cost of one generator for 10 months x the total # of generators? Answer: The requirements for monthly inspection is outlined in the EPSS schedule and is per NFPA 110. This would apply to each generator. All generators require monthly inspection. The months required is 12 (corrected from 10). For the Pricing of Semi-Annual Testing and PM would you like us to combine the total of all generators? The reason I ask is that each generator will be priced differently based off the size of it. The unit price will be different for multiple generators but there is only one line item to enter the unit price. Answer: This can be combined into 1 line item Would we be able to submit a full quote per generator instead of filling out the Price/Cost schedule so you can see the individual cost of each generator? Answer: Pricing should match the CLIN issued by contracting. Are we to preform Load Bank Testing on every generator? And would the cost just be all of them added up? The cost will be based on the sizes of the units. Answer: The load bank testing is listed in part III equipment listing/Schedule. Not all generators require load bank testing. Contractor 2: Missing CLIN for Diesel Fuel Polishing. During our review of the Statement of Work, we noted that diesel fuel polishing and maintenance are required under the contract (page 17, Section I. General Requirement); however, no corresponding CLIN or Scope Requirement appears in the Price/Cost Schedule. Will a revised Price/Cost Schedule and statement of work be issued via an amendment to incorporate this requirement? Answer: This is a separate contract and not part of the PM. The reference in the SOW under general Requirements is not required. Site Visit and Offer Due Date Extension Request To ensure we can provide the most accurate proposal/estimate possible, we would like to request a brief site visit to personally assess the equipment and conditions. This will allow us to: Verify equipment make, model, age, and current condition Evaluate accessibility, installation specifics, and any site constraints Identify any related systems or components that may impact scope and pricing Take necessary measurements and photographs for our estimating records In addition, because a thorough on-site assessment is important for delivering a precise and reliable proposal, we would also respectfully request a short extension of the current offer/proposal due date. An additional [7 10 / 10 14] calendar days would give us sufficient time to complete the visit, incorporate the field observations, and finalize our numbers without rushing the process. Answer: A site visit can be scheduled but the due date would remain the same. Contracts are pending on some repairs already identified. Annual automatic transfer switches (ATS) or emergency/standby power distribution circuit breakers maintenance. NFPA 110 (2022), Section 8.4.2, Items 25 and 31 mandates the following for Level 1 EPSS: Annual operational testing of each automatic transfer switch under actual or simulated outage conditions, including verification of proper sequencing, timing, and return to normal power. Annual inspection, exercising, and maintenance of main and feeder circuit breakers in the emergency/standby distribution system, including visual inspection, contact cleaning/exercising, and verification of protective device settings where applicable. Will the Government confirm that the preventive maintenance contractor is required to perform and document these annual transfer switch and circuit breaker maintenance/testing tasks in accordance with NFPA 110? If so, will the SOW be amended to explicitly include these requirements and will corresponding CLIN(s) be added or clarified in the Price/Cost Schedule? Answer: The ATS testing is a separate contract and not part of the generator maintenance and PM contract. We appreciate your prompt attention to these questions, as they impact both cost estimating and execution planning. Please confirm receipt and advise if additional documentation is needed to support these RFIs. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Investor context
  • $JCI reported $22.3B revenue in FY2025. The median single-winner award in these 14 past awards, $87K, is under 0.1% of that. 10-K

One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.
