This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) for USFS. The LMIR BPA has continuous pre-solicitation sharing so that contractors may submit a proposal to join the BPA at any point in time while the BPA is active.
