The purpose of this sole source award is to obtain a custom-configured enterprise-class Windows 11 Pro and NINDS IT compliant high-performance workstation to support big data multiparametric flow cytometry and multispectral image processing and analysis of multiplexed datasets sourced from whole specimen image scans of murine, monkey, and human brain tissue samples routinely acquired at the Flow Cytometry and Imaging Core Facility (FCICF) to support basic and clinical research within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Market Research shows that only the Bizon G3000 has the essential characteristics and is compatible with the existing multiplex computational pipelines developed at FCICF. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement within five (5) calendar days of the publication of this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
