luation (ASPE) is in need of data on mergers and acquisitions in the markets for health care services. This data is critical for a series of reports. The LevinPro HC M&A data will allow HP to access trends in mergers and acquisitions across all healthcare sectors. LevinPro LTC will allow HP to access trends in mergers and acquisitions in the long term care sector. Responses The proposed acquisition action is for items and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501. If you believe you can provide the items or services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency, to the Contracting Officer, Anne Mineweaser, at anne.mineweaser@hhs.gov referencing notice number HHS-OMAS-NOI-26-7571MN26Q00106 by 3:00 P.M. on September 18, 2026. Value counts single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling; that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's last annual revenue from its 10-K.

Latest awards

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.
