What the notice says
The Autonomy Standards and Ideals with Military Operational Values (ASIMOV) program aims to develop benchmarks to objectively and quantitatively measure the ethical difficulty of future autonomy use-cases and readiness of autonomous systems to perform in those use-cases within the context of military operational values. The rapid development and impending ubiquity of autonomy and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies across both civilian and military applications require a robust and quantitative framework to measure and evaluate not only the technical but, perhaps more importantly, the et… (show all)
hical ability of autonomous systems as they emerge beyond R&D. To that end, ASIMOV will tackle this challenge through the development and demonstration of quantitative autonomy benchmarks. ASIMOV is not developing autonomous systems or algorithms for autonomous systems. The ASIMOV program intends to create the ethical autonomy lingua franca to enable the Developmental Testing/Operational Testing (DT/OT) community to meaningfully evaluate the ethical difficulty of specific military scenarios and the ability of autonomous systems to perform ethically within those scenarios. ASIMOV performers will need to develop prototype generative modeling environments to rapidly explore scenario iterations, variability, and across a spectrum of increasing ethical difficulties. If successful, ASIMOV will build the foundation for defining the benchmark with which future autonomous systems will be gauged.

Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.
- $LDOS reported $17.6B revenue (12 months to Jul 3, 2026). The median single-winner award in these 57 past awards, $5.2M, is under 0.1% of that. SEC filing
One award's total value against one year of revenue; many awards are paid over several years.

Materiality: one award's value as a share of the winner's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings (or its last fiscal year, as noted when you point at it). Low under 1%, Medium 1 to 5%, High 5% or more. Many awards are paid over several years, so this overstates a single year's share.

Companies are matched to tickers by exact name, including the subsidiaries a company lists in its SEC filings. A company we could not match shows no market rows; that is a miss, not a finding.
