This purchase will be made under authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102 �Restricting Competition.� This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by RFO 12.201-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Interested businesses may identify their capability to fulfill this requirement by submitting a capability statement.Documentation submitted shall not exceed 5 pages and must be submitted electronically.
