What the notice says
USDAs response to the New World Screwworm (NWS) is a top priority. Its National Detector Dog Training Center (NDDTC) in Newnan, GA, is expanding its NWS training program to strengthen USDAs operational readiness and ensure canine teams are fully prepared for field conditions. ntial training aids. Establishing appropriate housing, fencing, shelter, and utilities is a foundational step to ensure the animals welfare, comply with applicable standards, and provide consistent access to training environments that accurately simulate operational livestock settings. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to design, construct, and install fenced livestock enclosures, shelters, flooring, utilities, water systems, and a simulated chute?training environment to support on?site goat housing and NWS canine training. All work must comply with USDA facility, animal?welfare, and safety standards and integrate with existing NDDTC infrastructure. NOTE: Quotes are required by Sept 8. Time is of the essence for this requirement as the government requires rapid delivery. The Contractor will be required to (a) commence work under this contract immediately upon receipt of the NTP, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use by October 30, 2026.. Amendment 1 is posted below.

Value counts new single-winner awards. "Shared" awards are multiple-award contracts that list every winner with the same total ceiling (same contract, or the same office, day and amount); that ceiling is not one company's win, so it is not added in. Contract modifications are not new awards and are not added in either. Notices whose amount is a placeholder such as $999,999,999 are not added in. Revenue next to a ticker is the company's revenue over the latest 12 months in its SEC filings.
