This is a pre-solicitation notice published in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.1 and RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Contracting Division � South (HCD-S) intends to solicit quotations directly from commercial suppliers under the simplified procedures of RFO Part 12.
